Kristal Lewis, LCSW

I am a vibrant and free-spirited, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with 5 years of experience in Clinical settings and I have spent 8 years working with diverse individuals as they explore the very depths of who they are.

I received my Masters Degree in Social Work at UConn with a concentration in Individual, Group and Families Practice. I am currently licensed in Georgia and Connecticut and conducting all services VIRTUALLY.

I began my career in Community Outreach which led to opportunities as a Case Manager, After School Program Coordinator, and to my current position as an Adult/Youth Clinician and Coach. My versatility ranges across  individuals of all ages, races, genders, disabilities, medical conditions, and behavioral challenges. More specifically, I am experienced in working with Black People, Indigenous People, People of Color, Youth, Families and Adults with Mood, Stress, and Trauma disorders.

I am very passionate about aiding others with redeveloping their intrapersonal insights towards life. I intuitively use a number of approaches, such as EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy and Narrative Therapy, meditation and mindfulness, as a means of providing direct insight with multilevel depth. Most importantly, my intention is to meet you where you are currently, with respects to your journey.
